With Lumière, led by Luis Brucker and Janina Brucker-Hren, and Signau House, lovingly managed by Regula Brucker together with Tina Wiemes, the family has created distinctive destinations in Zurich. This summer, they begin a new chapter on the shores of Lake Zurich.

For this special Chef’s Table, La Famiglia Brucker brings BACINO to Zurich for the very first time. Executive Chef Alessio Zappia and Head Pizzaiolo Oscar Ielardi will offer an exclusive preview of what awaits guests when BACINO opens in Rapperswil this August: soulful Italian cuisine, outstanding ingredients, exceptional craftsmanship and dishes designed to be shared.
