At the end of June, the Original Fish team will be visiting us and serving the finest seafood.

Under the direction of Cosmo, a pioneer of dry-aged fish in Switzerland and managing director of the Original Fish Store opening this summer, you can expect a culinary journey in a class of its own.

Together with the founders Georg and Benedict, both passionate hunters and fishermen with a deep respect for nature, they serve sustainable and high-quality seafood specialties.

The Original Fish team will serve a 6-course menu at the Chef’s Table.
Menu price per person incl. water & coffee CHF 165.
